Quotes and pricing

Quotes are based on the debris type, container size, rental period and tonnage allowance discussed at booking. Loads exceeding the stated allowance are billed at the disclosed per-ton rate. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Rental period

Unless otherwise agreed, rentals cover seven calendar days from delivery. Additional days are billed at the daily rate. Pickup is scheduled after you notify us that the container is ready.

Site access and placement

The customer is responsible for providing safe, legal and clear access to the placement location, and for obtaining any required permits or association approvals. We are not liable for damage to driveways, lawns, sprinkler systems, pavement or overhead obstructions resulting from placement at the customer's direction, though we take reasonable care and offer protective boards.

Prohibited materials

Hazardous and regulated materials — including paint, solvents, fuels, oils, chemicals, batteries, tires, refrigerant-containing appliances, asbestos and medical waste — may not be placed in our containers. The customer is responsible for additional charges, fines or remediation costs caused by prohibited materials.

Loading limits

Debris must remain level with or below the top rail so the load can be legally tarped and transported. Overloaded or unsafe containers may not be removed until corrected, and additional trip charges may apply.

Liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected rental. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including project delays.
