If the container sits entirely on your private driveway or property, you typically do not need a permit. Placement in a street, alley or public right-of-way usually requires a municipal permit, and we will tell you what your city expects before delivery.

Paint, solvents, oils, fuels, batteries, tires, refrigerants, asbestos, medical waste and other hazardous materials cannot go in a roll-off. We can point you to the correct Palm Beach County drop-off site for those items.
